I was planning to write this post exactly a week ago, so it’d have gone up on the day I met Fin, exactly a year ago, but sadly, life got in the way. My grandma isn’t doing well, and I was too distracted to write. I’ll try to keep things updated, but it’s a little difficult right now, so I hope you’ll understand. My baby boy turned one year old last month, so it’s time for another update! Continue reading
Fin’s 9 month mark was a few weeks ago now, and I know this is a cliché, but jeez louise time really does fly. I’m well aware I started the last update the same way, but it’s the truth. As you might’ve noticed, I’ve taken a 3-4 month break from blogging. It wasn’t planned, but after our dog died, I just lost motivation for a lot of things, and keeping up with school was difficult enough as it was. I’m back now though, and in our absence, Fin hasn’t stopped growing! As mentioned in the previous update post (6 months), I’ll be updating every three months until Fin turns one year old, and then it’ll just be yearly updates on or around his birthday.
My, my, time really does go way too fast. Fin turned 6 months on the 22nd of October, and he’s really grown so much in the three months he’s been home with us. He looks like a real cat now, and boy oh boy is he big! I’m already looking at pictures of when he just came home, wondering what happened to my little bean. As mentioned in the previous update post (3 months), I’ll be updating every three months until Fin turns one year old, and then it’ll just be yearly updates on or around his birthday. If I said before he was starting to show his personality, it has really happened now; he is a gigantic, floppy goofball made out of fuzz, love, cuddles and purrs. Continue reading
As of yesterday, my baby has turned three months old! Time has really flown by, it feels like yesterday that I held the tiny squirming, meowing bean he was for the first time. I know that sounds like a total cliché, but it’s true. Over the course of these three months, I’ve been watching him grow week by week, from ultra tiny, to the little chubby baby he is right now. I’ve said it many times before, but I really am so blessed to get to visit him every week! If you’re reading this, Joke & André, thank you so, so much for this privilege! Continue reading
As you might know by now, I get to visit Fin every week until he comes home (Which is in 20 days, woop!), so I’ve seen him grow since he was 11 days old. It’s been so amazing to see how my little bean turned into an actual kitten! I’ve taken pictures of him every single week, and I’m planning to make him a photo album, and I’ll write detailed blogposts every 3 months, to update you on his development, growth, and all that jazz. For now, I’ll be writing about Ragdoll Development in general, because it really helped me with what to expect during the weekly visits.
