I think I might be getting a little repetitive, but honestly, time flew by this month. I had a ton of deadlines for college, and worked a lot. I skipped a post last week, but thankfully, I still had time to celebrate Fin’s birthday, which I’ll be posting about this caturday. So, let’s get onto this month’s kitty finds!
As usual, a little disclaimer; in these posts, I’ll be featuring shops and certain items that I’ve found online; things that I admire, feel deserve more exposure, and things I might buy along the way. These posts are not sponsored in any way; I hand pick all of these items and ‘advertise’ them for free, just because I want to. Credit of these pictures go to their respective owners, and will be linked to corresponding the shop!
Up first… PETS By Carvas! If you’ve been following us for a while, you know I’m a sucker for bowties. Fin doesn’t have that many yet, but thats because I’ve been to busy to properly shop for some. When I do go (online) shopping though, this cute little shop will be on the list. PETS by Carvas offer collars and bowties for both cats, and dogs!
Next up is Catpokes, an adorable shop that offers both cat merchandise, and cat toys. I am a fan of everything cat related, so I’m automatically a fan of this shop. They currently don’t have that much cat merch, but they switch up their goodies pretty often. I’m weirdly attracted to food-shaped cat toys, so this sunny side up fried egg is a no-brainer!
If you’re into quirky things, Blablablaura’s shop is definitely something for you to look at. She makes brooches, digital prints and actual paintings of cats and other things, and she really has a unique style. It’s like a combination of realism, with really weird, out-of-context things added in. Doesn’t sound like a combination that would work, but it definitely does!
I honestly believe that pet portraits can be for anyone, as long as you find the right style. I’ve found plenty I like, but ThePastelPug is unique from what I’ve seen. Chelsea is a pyrographer, so she burns things into wood and then paints over then, so you end up with something as seen above! She offers a huge variety of art, so I’d definitely have a look around if you’re looking for a pet portrait!
Now, last but not least, Howlpot is a company that makes special pet beds and some small accessories, made in Korea. The one I’m featuring in this post is called the “Howly”. The unique shape is what really caught my attention; it seems like something your pet would be very comfortable in. They do ship internationally, so if you’re interested, don’t let that stop you!
I hope you enjoyed this month’s kitty finds, and if you have any recommendations, as always, let me know in the comments below!
